What a great weekend ~ The Cajun Fest was a huge success and we made a lot of money for the Cogdell Memorial Hospital Foundation.  Hopefully we will be able to purchase the surgical bed needed.

It's Friday!  We made it through another week!  Whoo Hoo :)

I would like to shout out to the Quilt Retreat ladies where were in this past weekend from Lubbock and the Southplains along with the ladies from New Mexico ~ it is always so much fun to see these ladies ~ I know they have a blast quilting and visiting when they get together

and a note about what is going on in the community ~  This Saturday, Sept 22nd, at 6:00 pm is the Cajun Fest to benefit the Cogdell Memorial Hospital Foundation.  This event is going to be so much fun, I would hate for you to miss out ~ for $50.00 per person, you get a fantastic cajun dinner, Jonathan Perry ~ a Louisana State Senator and Humorist, and a dance with Texas Mesquite.  There will be life auction and silent auction items for you to bid on plus the hand painted bottles by Rhonda Ward will be the table decorations that are available for purchase for $50.00 each.  Don't miss out!

Happy Hump Day!  We made it past Monday and Friday is in our sights.

Events coming to Snyder ~ Saturday September 22, 2012 ~ Cajun Fest at the Scurry County Coliseum to benefit Cogdell Memorial Hospital Foundation.  This event is full of activities from Silent Auction/Live Auction ~ Senator Jonathan Perry from Lousiana ~ and Dinner and Dancing.
Mark this on your calendar for a fun filled evening.

A reminder that tomorrow the store will open at 12:00 noon instead of 10:00 and Nancy Ball will be in the store. So, stop by and see Nancy for all you fabric and quilting supplies.

This weeks highlight on discontinued fabric is Jinny Beyers "Northern Lights" line.  The fabric is $9.50 a yard and I have available yardage listed.  When this is gone it is gone!
